OASIS、B面集アルバム。インターネットでのファン投票とノエルの選曲によって選ばれた。アルバム未収録のシングルC/Wで構成されたアルバム。全ての未収録C/Wが網羅されているわけではなく、一部のシングル収録曲に偏っている。『I Am The Walrus(Live)』のフェードアウトが早くなり、『Listen Up』のギターソロが一部カットされるという編集がされている。単独でのリマスター再発はされていないがデビュー20周年を記念して2014、2016年に展開した1st〜3rdアルバムまでをリマスター再発する「CHASING THE SUN」プロジェクトにおいてデラックスエディションのDISC-2がC/W曲をほぼ全て網羅(一部カバーや別バージョン除く)しているため、実質的に今作の全曲+未収録のままになっていたオリジナル曲は全てリマスターされたことになる。2022年に3rdアルバム『BE HERE NOW』25周年を記念して1st〜3rd、『The Masterplan』の初期4作をソニーミュージック自社一貫生産アナログ盤で各2000セット限定カラーヴァイナル仕様2LPとして日本限定で発売された。

このアルバムを聞く以前に『Some Might Say』『Whatever』『Stand By Me』のシングル盤を入手していたので半分以上の曲は聞いたことがあった。ていうか『Some Might Say』『Whatever』のC/Wばかり複数収録されている一方で完全に無視されたシングル盤もあったりと妙に選曲が傾いている。人気の程度で差が出たのだろうか？1枚のアルバムとして成立するだけのいい曲は並んでいる印象。あと日本語解説における妙に馴れ馴れしい奇妙なハイテンションの解説文はあまりにふざけすぎてて何がしたいのかさっぱり分からなかった。
